Cancel 24 hours ahead and you get a full refund. The rest is below.

| Cancellation window | 24 hours | Cancel 24 hours or more before your pickup time. |
| Cancelled in time | Full refund | You receive a full refund when you cancel within the cancellation window. |
| Late cancellation | Full price | Cancellations inside 24 hours are charged the full price of the booking. |
| No-show | Full price plus late fees | A no-show is charged the full price of the booking plus any late fees. |
| Rescheduling | Within 24 hours | Reschedule within 24 hours of your pickup time, subject to availability. |
| Weather or emergency | No charge | Cancellations caused by weather or an emergency carry no charge. |
| Cancelled by us | No charge | If Black Truck Transportation Co. cancels the ride, there is no charge. |
To cancel or reschedule, call 301-806-4168 as soon as you know. Refunds go back to the card that paid.
