Booking
How do I book a ride?
Complete our online request form or contact us directly. We confirm your quote and your reservation by phone or text.
How far in advance should I book?
All bookings are made 24 hours in advance. Advance booking matters most for airports, weddings, corporate events and large groups. A rush booking inside 24 hours carries an extra $25 to $75, depending on the booking.
Can businesses establish an account?
Yes. Contact us about corporate transportation arrangements and recurring service.
Your ride
Do you provide airport transportation?
Yes. Airport transportation can be requested based on availability and service area, for IAD, DCA and BWI.
Do you offer round trips?
Yes. Round-trip transportation may be available.
Do you offer hourly transportation?
Yes. Hourly transportation may be available for qualifying services, from $100 an hour.
Can I book transportation for an event?
Yes. Contact us with the event details, passenger count, locations, date and time.
Policies
Can I cancel my reservation?
Cancellation terms depend on the reservation and service booked. Cancel 24 hours ahead for a full refund. See our cancellation policy.
Is gratuity included?
Gratuity is not included unless the reservation or quote says so. Customers may provide gratuity at their discretion.
